- MAS Recommends
A Powerful Summer Opportunity Awaits!
At MAS, we believe in engaging with students in many ways, including to prepare those who are ready to change the world. That’s why we’re excited to share this opportunity from one of New Mexico’s most transformative organizations: Generation Justice — the state’s premiere youth media and leadership program.
Calling MAS Scholars and Alumni Ages 16-25... Are you ready to raise your voice, stand for justice, and build real-world media skills this summer? Generation Justice (GJ) is now accepting applications for its in-person Summer Youth Leadership Program in Albuquerque.
This program will help identify and unlock your power, your purpose, and your place in shaping New Mexico’s future. Here’s how:
- Learn how to produce podcasts, host radio shows, and create video stories
- Dive into public health, education, racial justice, and media equity
- Meet authors, community leaders, and change-makers
- Connect with a vibrant, multicultural team of peers
- Paid internship opportunities available for select participants
Program Dates: June 8 – July 25, 2025
Location: Albuquerque (in-person)
Schedule: Tuesday–Thursday, plus occasional Sundays
Generation Justice is developing the next generation of New Mexico leaders, and MAS Charter School is proud to support that mission.
