Requesting Student Records at MAS Charter School

MAS Charter School provides official transcripts for students in grades 9 through 12 and report cards for grades 3 through 8.

Students in Kindergarten through second grade do not receive traditional grades.

If you need an official transcript or student records, please complete the online request form below. All transcript requests must be submitted through this form to ensure accuracy and timely processing.

 

 

Who Can Request a Transcript?

  • Current MAS high school students applying to colleges, for scholarships, or applying for special programs.
  • MAS alumni who need transcripts for college, employment, or other official purposes.
  • Parents / guardians requesting student records for personal use or transfers.

What to Expect

  • Processing Time: Requests are typically processed within 48 hours.
  • Delivery Options: Transcripts can be sent electronically or by mail based on your request using the online request form below.

Please note, there is a minimum of a forty-eight (48) hours turn-around time to produce transcript/records and during peak times at beginning and end of school year requests may take up to two (2) weeks to complete. Requests are fulfilled in the order which they are received. Thank you for your patience!
