Extending Learning, Enrichment, and Support Beyond the School Day
At MAS Charter School, learning doesn’t stop when the school day ends. That’s why we offer free before school programming, and a low-cost YMCA-managed after school program, giving students a safe, structured, and engaging environment outside of regular school hours.
Whether arriving as early as 7:30 a.m. for our Before School program or staying as late as 6 p.m. for the YMCA after school program, MAS students have access to academic support, enrichment activities, and structured recreation. Before and after-school programming is available at both our Yale and Old Coors campuses, offering families a flexible and reliable options.
Before School Program
Our Before School Program opens at 7:30 a.m. and includes organized activities and a free breakfast for all participating students. It's a calm, structured start to the day that supports working families and early risers.
After School Program — In Partnership with the YMCA
Starting with the 2025–2026 school year, the After School Program at MAS will be provided exclusively by the YMCA. Students in grades K through 6 will enjoy enrichment activities, academic support, and recreation with the added benefit of the YMCA’s experience and resources.
